| Lowery, Pierce to wed June 7 (04-30-2008) Karla Laetta Lowery and Brandon Mitchell Pierce would like to announce their engagement and approaching marriage on June 7 at 3 p.m. at Paron Baptist Church, Spencer. Karla is the daughter of Keith Lowery of Alto; Robert and Karen McCaa of Murfreesboro, TN. She is the granddaughter of James and Laetta Wells of Spencer; Bobby Ray and Jackie Lowery of Sterlington; Roy and Tina McCaa of Monroe. Brandon is the son of Steve and Candy Williams of Brandon, MS; Mike and Christine Handy of Centerpoint, LA. He is the grandson of Bootsie Pierce of Pineville; Troy and Jean Williams of West Monroe. Karla is a 2003 Graduate of Sterlington High School and a 2007 Graduate of ULM with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Foreign Language. She is employed at St. Fredrick High School as a Spanish teacher. Brandon is a 2004 Graduate of Pineville High School and he will Graduate from ULM in December with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology. |
