For the past eight months the Town of Farmerville has been working to give its Web site a face lift.

The site, farmerville.org, recently went live with the upgrades and is a remarkable turnaround from the Web page many may recall.
“We really wanted to make the Web site something people could use to get information about our Town and what we have to offer,” Town of Farmerville clerk GayNell McIntosh said.
Some of the new features include a brief history of the Town, pictures of various landmarks and letters to site visitors from mayor M. Stein Baughman, Jr.
“The mayor wanted to get involved with the new look and write letters to people who may be visiting the site to let them know what’s going on in Farmerville,” McIntosh said.
