Farmerville man arrested on attempted manslaughter charge

A continuing family feud has resulted in a stepfather being charged in connection with critically wounding his stepson in a Union Parish shooting Saturday.

Arrested and booked into the Union Parish Detention Center for attempted manslaughter is Clyde Brashier, 79, of 610 Dry Creek Rd., Farmerville. He’s being held on a $40,000 bond.
