Downsville Charter board names Shadoin as legal counsel

DOWNSVILLE — State Representative Rob Shadoin was appointed as the Downsville CharterSchool attorney at a special board meeting Aug. 9.
Downsville Mayor and charter school board president Reggie Skains said although he was excited at the idea of having Shadoin serve as the school’s attorney, the board had to make sure that Shadoin’s position as a state representative would not be a conflict with any ethical code.
