Street to be re-named after Page

The Farmerville Town Council approved a motion Monday night to re-name West Green Street to Vergie Page Drive.
Members of the community have passed a petition to change the name of West Green Street to Vergie Page Drive in memory of the much-loved Farmerville resident and well respected local nurse who was shot and killed by a Ruston man in April.
