Knight releases first album

It’s hard to believe that a national recording artist could live right here in Farmerville, but 17-year-old year old singer/songwriter Katie Knight manages to stay small town despite big triumphs.Knight has just completed her first album, “Color Outside the Lines” after a year of touring with long time country music singer Sammy Kershaw, who co-manages Knight with Kershaw’s manager Billy Holland. Knight may have grown up like any other kid in Union Parish but was discovered at 15 in a way that most aspiring artists only dream about.
