Hunters and outdoor enthusiasts looking to purchase certain items have a golden opportunity coming up.
The 2012 Louisiana Second Amendment Sales Tax Holiday takes place Sept. 7-9.
During this time, shoppers are exempt from paying state and local sales and use taxes on firearms, ammunition and hunting supplies.
