Bill will decrease crappie limit on D’Arbonne

Steve Cagle is unabashed in expressing how he feels about fishermen from nearby communities coming to Lake D’Arbonne and taking boats full of crappie back home.
“They’re coming up here from all over and and raping the lake,” said Cagle, chairman of the Bayou D’Arbonne Lake Watershed District Board of Commissioners. “If you ask people who live on the lake and people who live in Union Parish, you’ll find most of them feel the same way.”
