Union Parish Police Jury consulting engineer David Dumas figured something had to give.
In April, the jury and the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) signed paperwork, providing the jury more than $500,000 in grant funds to reroof the Union Parish Courthouse.
