Maggie C. Langston (01-06-2010)
Funeral services for Maggie C. Langston, 90 of Marion, were held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2009 at the First Baptist Church in Marion. with Rev. Bubba Hoggatt officiating.
Burial followed in Union Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville.
 Maggie was born on July 18, 1919 and passed away on December 28, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie G. Langston and Della Kinley Langston, five brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by her nieces Sharon G. Braxton and husband, Tommy of Pollock; Bobbye L. White and husband, Buddy of Alexandria; Carolyn L. Bozarth and husband, Joe of Dickinson, Texas; Louise L. Guillot and husband, Ray of West Monroe; Jeanne L. Arrant and husband, Kent of Walker; nephews Harry Langston and wife, Peggy of Columbia, Md.; Billy Langston of Sterling, Va.; Lavelle Langston and wife, Marilyn of Franklin; Dan Yossett and wife, Debbie of Deltona, Fla.; R.L. Langston and wife, Judy of Pollock; numerous great nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers included Brian Braxton, James Braxton, Kenny Guillot, Ricky Guillot, Chris Shows, Dan Yossett, and Billy Langston.
Visitation was held Wednesday, December 30, 2009 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church or charity of the donor’s choice.
