Robert (Rob) Lankford (06-09-2010)
Robert Lankford of Linville, a supervisor for the Union Parish Policy Jury passed away Monday June 7, 2010 at the age of 57. He was preceded in death by his wife Sherri Brantley Lankford, parents Elbert and Fannie Lankford, brothers Billy Lankford and Dewey Thurmon and sister Gertrude Deere. He is survived by his beloved dogs Sabo and Zowie (“the girls”), sister Phyllis Pettit, brothers-in-law Virgil and wife Cindy Brantley, Mike and wife Sissy Brantley, sisters-in-law Mari and husband Tyrone McPherson, Trish and husband Darren Berry and mother-in-law Jeanette and husband Robert Wilson along with numerous nieces and nephews. A family memorial was held.
