Funeral services for Dorothy Juanita Malone Greenfield, 83, of Marion was at 2:00pm Friday, June 25th at Litroe Baptist Church in Litroe with Bro. Lloyd Townsend and Bro. Jessie Foster officiated. Burial was at Union Cemetery in Sadie. Arrangements are under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville.
Mrs. Greenfield was born August 7, 1926 and died June 23, 2010. She was a retired nurse and an active member of Litroe Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Warren Greenfield; her father, Henry Malone; mother, Lily Sornson Malone; sister, Ruthie Leonis and 3 brothers: John Henry Malone, Edwin Malone and Ira Wayne Malone.
Survivors are her 3 daughters: Brenda McHenry & husband, Allen of Griffin, GA; Gloria Schoonover of Huttig, AR and Mitzi Carpenter & husband, Glenn of Hamburg, AR; 1 son: Michael Greenfield & wife, Edith of Marion, LA; 3 sisters: Sarah DeFries of Judsonia, AR; Betty Glueckert of Newport, AR and Opal Rich & husband, Arnold of Albany, GA; 1 brother, William Paul Malone of Tuckerman, AR; 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Roger Langston, Ricky McLemore, Perry Murray, Meryl Moody, Lawrence Lane, David Remore and Gary Rogilli.
Visitation was at Litroe Baptist Church Friday morning from 10:00am until service time.
