Herrmann advances to Junior Olympic nationals, staff@fgazette.com

Farmerville’s Maggie Herrmann, a student at D’Arbonne Woods Charter School, will be one of only a few athletes from the North Louisiana Peak Performance Track Club to move to the National Championships for the USA Track and Field Junior Olympics in Baltimore, Maryland July 24-29.
Herrmann’s road to the Junior Olympics has not been one without struggle. With her first competitions in April of 2012, this new sport and discipline has proven that every day has been a learning experience.
