Last week the D’Arbonne Woods’ offense and defense came together and played a good football game other than giving up a couple big plays.
On the first drive of the game Junior linebacker Devon Mayes came up with an interception that set the tone for the beginning of the game. The Wolves’ offense was able to find the end zone twice in the second quarter with freshman quarterback Hayden Gray running in both touchdowns.
Coming out of a 13-12 halftime, lakeside was able to make a couple big plays to seal the win.
