Darbonne Woods’ girls basketball team started the week with a 55-39 road win over Saline last Monday. Karis McIntosh led the team in scoring with 15 points. North Caddo then came to Farmerville in the team’s first district game. The game was close throughout, with a 52-52 tie at the end of regulation. After coming from behind to send the game to overtime, North Caddo left with a 67-58 victory. McIntosh led the Lady Wolves once again, this time with 22 points. DWCS picked up its second district loss with a 57-38 loss to Jonesboro-Hodge. McIntosh led the Lady Wolves with 20. The DWCS Wolves dropped all three of their games on the week. Saline took down the Wolves 61-37. Cross Talley led the team with 12 points. Talley was again the top DWCS scorer with 9 points in a 103-37 district loss to North Caddo. To close out the week, the Wolves fell to J-Hodge 83-40.
